Sims Buick-GMC Service

I dropped my car off for a 1:00 appointment at 11:30am and told the lady at the counter I would be back at 3:00 to pick the car up after I pick my wife up from work. After taking my wife to work in the morning so I could take her car to the mechanic for an oil change and asking my daughter to make the 30 minute drive to the dealership to pick me up after I dropped the car off and then driving back out to pick my wife up from work and making the drive back to the dealership to pick up my car at the time I noted, I walked into the dealership to get my keys and the lady told me they hadn't even started on my car yet. The lady asked me if I just wanted to reschedule and bring it back another day and I told her no, I scheduled this appointment, made numerous arrangements to get the car there, spent hours jockeying vehicles around, not to mention quite a bit of gas driving back and forth. I had another appointment to get to, so I left my wife there to wait it out. After all of that we could have just had my wife take it there right after work and wait on the oil change. I have given Sims Buick multiple chances and I have never had a good experience with them. I love Sims Nissan and the work they do, but the Buick side just doesn't cut it.

Great experience. Was able to get an appointment for the next day. Quick check in. Megan at the service desk was professional and friendly. My appointment was for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. After inspection Megan contacted me to let me know there were some recommended maintenance items. Caliper maintenance, cabin and engine filters and new wiper blades. I agreed to those items. Pick up and check out process was quick and easy.

The worst, Do not go here .My car was in the shop for oxygen sensor 2 times in one week because they did not fix it the first time. They tried to reset check engine light to make problem go away. My husband had already taken it to TWO DIFFERENT SHOPS AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A BAD OXYGEN SENSOR. LEFT SIMS AND HAD TO TURN AROUND THE SAME DAY AND GO BACK CAUSE THEY NEVER FIXED WHAT I ASKED THEM TOO AND AFTER MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE TELLS ME HOW SHADY AND JANKY THEY ARE. I WILL NOT GO BACK. THE ONLY REASON I WENT IS BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM. LESSON WELL LEARNED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE GO TO GREENWOOD OR DIANE SAUER.

The service people are really nice. The mechanics are on the ball with everything. I love going here for my oil changes, so far always ontime with the appointments. Explains everything very well so polite! And I'm never over charged. Thank you SIMS!

I take all my vehicles to this dealership for service. They treat me like family and I trust their service to be done right the first time. I've never had to go back because something was wrong with their performance. I tell friends and family that I recommend Sims for anything you need. Thank you very much for everything!

Meghan was helping me because Stephanie was not there, she did an amazing job at helping me understand and reassuring me. David 😉 and Eric were also very helpful trying to help me figure out the problem with my car.
