Fellow Bayside resident and first time customer here . Workers at this tire shop are great but if you have a problem expect to deal with the workers only, there’s no management around and the lady that picks up the phone is very rude . I dealt with Angelo (worker) , honest straightforward guy. The lady that answers the phone is very rude. I had a problem of my valve stems leaking after I got tires mounted and balanced here . When I called the number, the lady picks up and I tell her my situation, she immediately blames me for the valve stems leaking and questions why I waited 2 days to come back , when I kindly explained to her that it took me 2 days to realize she claimed I was “raising” my voice at her , then cursed at me and hung up the phone . Never had that happen to me at any tire shop that I deal with . Moral of the story for this one , don’t call the tire shops number for any problem that you have or you will get dismissed by a rude lady. Just go straight to the workers .

Lifesaver! Was about to get a replacemnt tire at 6:30pm after getting a flat. The guy was straight forward and quick $75 for a used tire. $150 for a new tire. Thank goodness a place like this is open late

TLDR – This place is a SCAM! Save yourself some headache! Went to Adonai Tire to get four tires swapped out that were purchased from Tire Rack. Got there early in the morning and asked for mounting and balance for all the tires. The technician started working on it right away and I waited for the car. It was done quickly, I would say around 45 minutes. I was very appreciative that it was done so quickly so I tipped him. This is where the positives ended. I drove on the highway over 60 mph later that day and noticed the steering wheel and car shaking. I called right away and they said perhaps my wheels are bent and I said, “no, it was never like this with my previous tires”. They asked me to bring it back so they can check it, which I did. When I returned, another technician was there and he didn’t seem like he wanted to help, but he did and he took both front tires off and put it on the balancing machine. This time I asked to see him balance it. One of the tires ended up not being balanced so he did and put it back on my car. He did not check the back tires. I asked why and he said the other technician said he might’ve forgotten to balance the front tires. He also said, I’m not giving him anything so he’s not going to do it. There was no else to speak to so I left and of course on the way home, the car was still shaking. I called back and spoke to the girl that picks up the calls and she asked me to come back the next day. The next day I bring it back and the first technician was there. I told him what happened and he tried to play it dumb and said he’s not sure why it’s shaking. He takes both rear tires off to check. I went with him for the balancing as well. Rather than first putting it on the balancing machine to check whether the wheel is off balance, like the other technician did, he went straight ahead and removed the metal balancing clips on the wheel. I asked him why don’t you check it first, which he did not answer. He did the same with the second tire. Both rear tires were NOT balanced and he did the balancing. I watched the way he did it and the way he marked the tire. There were NO marks on the tire from before so the tires were NEVER balanced the first time. In case anyone is wondering, the marks did not come off from me driving during the day, the marks stayed on the car for a month and might still be on the tire on this day. This place is a scam and I wish I had just brought it to a more prominent tire shop rather than wasting 3 trips. I have learned my lesson.

Really expensive then every other average tire shop around. For example:- every regular patch at any other tire shop is $20 but these people charge $30 for the same thing. Beware of this shop. Everyone can find same things and better price around. Just need to take few seconds to research on maps. BEWARE....

This tire shop has serious integrity issues. I paid for new tire installation and wheel balancing, but after the new tires were installed, the staff didn’t perform any balancing at all. When I asked why, the staff member claimed he had already done it—pure nonsense. I told him I had been watching the entire time, and he never did it. The old, dust-covered wheel weights were still there. The shop has surveillance cameras that recorded everything. We got into a dispute, and I contacted the shop’s owner, asking him to check the surveillance footage. However, the owner claimed that he couldn’t review the video. The staff then tried to argue that my tires were “perfectly balanced” (zero on the left, zero on the right), so there was no need to remove the old weights and install new ones. I pointed out again that they never even put my tires on the balancing machine—so how could they possibly know it was “zero, zero”? I demanded that they put my tires on the machine to verify this so-called “zero, zero.” The staff initially refused, but after my insistence, they finally put my tires on the balancing machine. However, when I wasn’t paying attention, they removed the old wheel weights. I immediately questioned this—if my tires were supposedly perfectly balanced, why did they need to remove the old weights and install new ones? This only further proved that they had done nothing in the first place. Watching them perform a sloppy balancing job just to cover up their deception, I completely lost trust in this shop. Later, I went to another tire shop, paid to have the balancing redone, and it was not “zero, zero” as they had claimed. The right side had a deviation of 0.75. I’m posting this review to warn others to stay away from this dishonest tire shop. If you absolutely must go there, make sure to stand inside and carefully watch everything they do to avoid being scammed.
