Michael Bowen was extremely helpful as was the young mechanic who attended to our issue. They quickly fit us in (no appointment), made the repair and offered advice. We highly recommend this shop for any auto needs!

Had car issues with my Audi. Initially called up there and spoke with Michael in the Auto dept. Had a great experience and it was undoubtedly due to him. His professionalism, knowledge and communication were impeccable. I travel 4 states for my work and deal with customer service on a daily basis. His customer service has been 2nd to no one and because of that, I will continue to depend on his guidance when I have any car issues that need attention. He should be recognized and commended.

Pros: Friendly service. I appreciate him calling with an estimate of one of the recommended repairs, when I had already said I didn't need an estimate. It would have been a sticker shock. Cons: The pricing is weird. The labor for changing a rear blinker bulb (which I could do in 15 minutes, and I'm not handy at all) was $50. There was more labor charged for that than for the oil change. Edit: I emailed the address, and got an immediate response that it wasn't delivered because I'm not in the same "group". Now downgrading from 3 stars to one star. After all, if they really wanted my contact info, they have my info at the store.
