A Connecticut Quality Transmissions Customer Reviews

If I could rate this business a zero star I would !! The mechanic guido is a liar ,unprofessional , and a scum bag !! I had a Nissan Rogue with an extended warranty that covers any mechanical break down , my warranty was willing to work with Guido . But because he does not have a fax machine nor does he wanted to communicate through email with my warranty company .My warranty company was waiting for their mechanic certification (ASE)to be faxed or emailed . Guido hold my car for two days explaining to me lies .plus guido had said I had to get a replacement of a gas tank replacement which was a lie , I took my car to a Nissan dealer and they said it was a two sensor gas that needs to be replace . Guido wanted to charge me approximately 500 bucks not including tax nor parts. The Nissan dealership has worked with my extended warranty company , and they payed 300 dollars for the entire job . Guys , stay away from this scum bag place which will try to rob you blind !!
