850 pm when i walked in . went to the back to grab a quart of oil and a bottle of windshield washer fluid. When I approach the counter , the manager ask me if card or cash , I replied cash, he responds, no cash, I reply card , he says WE ARE CLOSED !!! It’s because of people like you that problems arise. first of all you close at 9 ,, second of all I’m in your store ready to check out. Where was the customer service? I have a business account with autozone,,,,, well had. I do not recommend this place due to the fact that their respect for customers is obviously not important. In need of oil and windshield fluid and luckily, Oriley was open and helped me resolve my problem. Never again auto zone . Teach your managers code of ethics and respect for the people that buy your products. ✌️

My husband chose to go to Auto Zone during his lunch break because Auto Zone usually gives good customer service and will help you find things you need quickly. Sadly, he was disappointed and I was so upset for him. He went to pick up a rear windshield wiper for my car. To save time, he waited in line for a representative to make sure he got the correct one. What he got was an employee that obviously didn’t want to be there. He hid behind the register for a good 3 minutes then called the next guy who came after my husband if he could help him. The other customer knew he wasn’t next and told the guy to help my husband. The guy helped to look up the correct size for the car and gestured to what isle it would be located. When my husband returned with the item and asked him to confirm if it was the correct model for my car, the same employee said yes. When my husband went to install the rear wiper, it was the wrong one. Thank goodness, when he went back in, a different young man helped him. He took the effort to go to the isle and helped my husband to make sure it was correct when it was installed. Now that’s customer service! Unfortunately, I had to give 2 stars.

Hoque and his team were next level helpful! Traveling from NH to NJ we had a battery issue- they were wonderful on the phone and then in person as well even more so. The store was busy yet they balanced helping us and getting us back on the road quickly as well helping other customers. Even being super sweet to our one year old crazy toddler. THANK YOU!

I needed a new battery for my 2022 Honda CRV EXL and my father suggested that I go to AutoZone. So I called my local AutoZone to make sure they had the right battery in stock and that they could install it. Sure enough they did. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to buy and get it installed. The employee AJ did the install and was a pleasure to work with. He seamlessly installed my new battery and put everything back the way it was - like new. He did an excellent job and I am happy that the battery came with a 4 year warranty. The battery that my car came with barely lasted 3 years. The price for the battery wasn't to bad at all and it's a high quality battery too. The install was free and done in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this AutoZone and giving them 5 out of 5 stars.
