Had talked to Anna early (10/25) Friday afternoon, she said if we got the police release from the police station, they would waive their tow fees. We retrieved the police release from the station (which the vehicle was wrongfully towed, so the police station waived the fee), head over to the tow yard, & gave them the release paperwork. They seen that the police station waived the fee for the release & then they didn't want to honor what they said. Went as far as listening to the recorded call earlier in the day when Anna stated they would waive their fees & tried to cut the call off right before it was repeated on the recording.

Called for information regarding a tow the company did for me and they held me on hold for over 30 mins. I hung up and called back and they put me right back on hold without even saying hello since they knew it was me calling back. Never did get the information i needed. Trash customer service at it's finest.

My vehicle was towed to this location by the local sheriff department I had to go to the sheriffs department and get a release form then went to get my stuff out of my vehicle it took the lady ten minutes to get to the window once she copied my drivers license and form she said she would be right out to open the gate that took her fifteen minutes to get to the gate she said only I can go into the gate I’m 75 years old I brought my nephew to help me but they wouldn’t let him help me when I got to where my vehicle was it was so jammed packed in between vehicles where I couldn’t get the doors open so basically I couldn’t get anything out of my vehicle the lady was very lazy and very rude seems like they do this so they can keep your stuff I would never recommend this tow company to anyone very unprofessional
