Autoworks Specialists Of Apple Valley & Smog

Always have a fast and friendly experience when i go here. I fix a lot of cars for people and i take their cars, and my cars here for SMOG certificates. They dont alsways pass first try, however, they help get the steps clear to get the issues fixed! Recommend them to all my family and friends.

Too bad they can only get a 5 star rating, they deserve a 10. I had a dead vehicle towed over to them and in no time they assessed the problem and fixed it. These guys are great, and if I have any problems in the future with any of my vehicles, I will be taking it to them. I will gladly recommend them to anyone. They are honest and fair. You will not be disappointed by going to them. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road.

So I have taken my vehicles there for smog stuff..awesome shop for that..I took my work truck n to get oil change and Brake pads..pads is all I wanted .they insisted throwing n rotors n convo..they put on invoice the price for new ones and labor.i did not ask for rotors.just pads.period.was told they would call me if they were needed..I was going to deny them..no call .when asked about it he laughed and said I said that??what happened to customer service. They have lost our business. We love small business. It's what built this country.its a shame that I have to write this second one ever ..

The best thing is the smog... I don't trust them.... I had a bad hydraulic lifter on my 5.3 Ls and they told me my engine was shot... They said they found metal shavings in oil which was impossible cause I just change the oil 2 hrs before taking it there... Then made up a excuse why they could not show me it.... Took it over to 5stars down the street and they found nothing.... Shady people don't trust or at least get a second opinion

Honest, great work, professional, friendly. Engine light came on. It was a rubber boot that goes on the PC valve. The dealership said it was miss firing on one of the cylinders. That is why we came to Automotive Specialists. They fixed it right away in a matter of minutes. They didn't even have to take it in the shop. Thanks so much!
