I called in looking for a part and spoke with Jack we spoke about having the part for my 1963 Lincoln delivered to me. I was told by Jack that it would be a specific amount that included shipping, but after reviewing my account the amount charged was not what I was quoted. I am pissed to say the least, I called to speak with Jack and he tells me he never said that... I don't know how old Jack is but something is not right here. Then he gets mad and says to me that all incoming calls are recorded. I said perfect then go back and listen to the call, I gave him the day and exact time that we had spoken. He then gets so angry and tells me that if he had said that on the call that he would give me all my money back and that I could keep the part for free..... well guess what he never called me back.. surprised not at all and apparently he's never there when I call. This is not the way you do business. I'm extremely upset 🤬

The questions I had were quick answered and the parts I ordered came as communicated overseas at my home adress. I live in The Netherlands but everything went correct, fast and clear. I wish this fine compagny good business so the great legacy of the Continental Mark 2 will be kept for the future

Mark II Enterprises is one of the best to deal with, they have great quality parts, knowledge of these scarce cars, and have a real passion for helping the old Lincoln car community get parts that are not available anywhere else. I have been able to replace so many parts on my Lincoln Mark III that were in bad shape because Mark II Enterprises has had them available. Every part has been excellent.
