Excellent Customer Service from Caliber Collision in Apple Valley. From the lady at the front desk to Kenny who worked with us on constant updates on our car. He updated us continuously, took care of communication with rental car place, and anything else. His nice, high energy, professional personality was the best with each call. My Car still looks Brand new, it only took 2 weeks( mine was minor damage),

Fast repairs, frequent communication through the process. Ordered and installed wrong emblem on my truck. Despite having the correct part in hand to order from, once they got paid the communication stopped. They never fixed the emblem. Truly disappointing!

Kenny Potashnik was amazing with keeping me updated on the status of my car and I couldn't be happier with the work done. They were also fast with their work. If we waited for anything it was Honda. My car looks like it did the day I bought it.
