911 Windshield Repair & Replacement

I had a rock hit and Crack my windshield and didn't want to have it replaced. I looked around online and found 911 windshield repair and I couldn't be happier with the result. JD is awesome and is very knowledgeable about his craft. I am impressed by his knowledge and capabilities when it comes to windshield repair. where most places will say "Can't be fixed needs to be replaced. " I send JD one picture and gave him my address and he was like "It can fixed and can be there in a few hours." He came to me at my place of work and fixed it in under 20 minutes and I was blown away by the results. Plus the price was very reasonable. 5 out of 5 stars and I highly recommend 911 windshield repair for anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

Great job. They took care of all the insurance stuff and made it easy to get the windshield replaced. Replaced with OEM windshield and got the calibration done within a couple of hours.

I texted in the morning and Anthony came directly to my house on NYE! He was super fast! It only took 15 minutes to fix my windshield chip. He was extremely professional and fast! Thanks so much for fixing my windshield! 10/10 would use again and recommend!

My car has lane assist and needs am OEM windshield due to it, but my insurance had lied to me saying an aftermarket one is fine and that my deductible can be higher if I don't go to their recommended store. I spoke with JD and he revealed how they'd lied to me. He also promised to work with my insurance to cover an OEM windshield. I was skeptical, but he did end up doing it and everything he said turned out true. He showed he was honest and he cares about safety and doing the job correctly first time by not risking lane assist from not working correctly. Because of him, I didn't end up paying extra for OEM windshield or getting one that might make my lane assist not work. I only paid my deductible. He did a great job of replacing my windshield. It's sealed correctly and has no air or water leaks. My lane assist camera is calibrated correctly too. He was very professional and polite the entire time. He provided me a great experience. I would recommend him.

One of the best service I have gotten. I was over quoted for Safelite repair. JD not only beat there price he did the repair faster than the competition. Highly recommend JD services. Affordable, great prices, and fast service.

this was my first experience with a large spiderweb crack in my windshield and I found 911 windshield repair and replacement online. From the start, the owner, JD Gledhill, was incredibly kind and helpful. The repair process was fast seamless and hassle free. They came to my location, fixed the windshield, and recalibrated it right on the spot. JD even went above and beyond by assisting me and navigating my insurance and explaining what my policy covered. On top of all of that, JD was super friendly, and he had the cutest French bulldog with him!! I will absolutely call 911 windshield repair and replacement again if I ever face another incident. I can’t recommend them enough. They truly stand out in service and care, especially compared to bigger companies like Safelite. JD runs an amazing business, and I’m so glad I found 911!! :)
