I recently visited Pep Boys and had the pleasure of being assisted by Justin. From the moment I arrived, his helpfulness and extensive knowledge stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, patiently addressing all my questions and providing expert advice. What truly impressed me was Justin's dedication—he was working on his birthday yet still gave 110% to help me. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression. Thank you, Justin, for your outstanding service! BEWARE OF LIARS!!! We have been coming here to get oil changes on my husbands car routinely, about 4 months ago he needed two new tires. We went in they did the tires and let us know our brake pads needed to be changed ASAP as well as our routers were very damaged and we had two weeks tops before something was going to happen. We were unable to do this work because our second son was just born, fast forward a few months and a family friend is changing the brake pads only to show us his brake pads barely worn down 50% and perfect routers. I couldn't believe that they will just BOLD FACE LIE to you in your face. If this was my car and not his, I would have done it immediately as I worry about our children's safety. This is just straight up lying and taking advantage of your customers. We will NEVER have work done here again. It may have been just the associate trying to get some extra commision or the mechanics?? I am not sure but I have never felt so lied to and taken advantage of by a company because we genuinely believed the employee and have been very worried about his brakes and safety.

My Honda Accord needed new friont and rear brakes and Pep Boys was the place to go for service. The service that I received from Justin and Angel was OUTSTANDING as they kept me updated as to the status and progress of my service, and updated me on possible addiitonal services. Justin provided a written explanation and remediation. Becasue they had to keep th car overnight, Angel assisted with transportation home. I will contact Pep Boys and Jason and Angel should I need additional services. Jason and Angel are ROCK STARS !!!!!!

I purchased tires online and set an appointment there. The rep who helped me was very friendly. He told me how long it would take and pretty much that's when the job was completed.
