DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE—THEY WILL SCAM YOU, DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE, AND WASTE YOUR TIME! This is hands down the most incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional body shop I have ever dealt with. If you care even a little bit about your car, STAY AWAY. My nightmare with this place started when my mother’s car was rear-ended. Insurance was covering the repair, so we took it to this shop, expecting a simple and straightforward fix. Instead, we were met with six months of endless delays, lies, and pure negligence. Arthur(owner) had all the parts at the beginning of the first month—so why did it take them half a year to complete the repair? I’ll tell you why: because they either don’t care, are completely incompetent, or both. Then, after all that waiting, they had the audacity to tell us the car was ready for pickup. But when I went to check it out, what I saw was beyond unacceptable: • Scratches on the paint that weren’t there before • Sloppy paint job in multiple areas—completely unprofessional work • The bumper doesn’t line up properly, with one side higher than the other • They completely removed both the ‘Jetta’ & ‘TDI’ decals from the back of the car—why?! • Additional scratches on the trunk that weren’t part of the original damage This was not a repair—this was butchery. To make things worse, when I brought these issues to their attention, I got the classic dismissive attitude. If they let a car leave their shop in this condition, it’s clear they don’t care about the quality of their work or their customers. I will be taking action: ✔️ Filing complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) & BBB ✔️ Reporting this disaster to insurance & corporate ✔️ Posting reviews everywhere to warn others Also, I suspect they speak Russian/Ukrainian—someone overheard them talking at the end, and I’d love to know what they were saying. If you want to avoid a nightmare situation like mine, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Find a reputable shop that actually respects its customers, their time, and their vehicles.
