Ikar Collision

I was skeptical at first, because I never had someone approach me or my car after an accident. Although I probably shouldn’t have driven my car anywhere, I was in a tough situation with work. So with my car overheating and struggling to stay running, John Carlos offered to follow me in his car until I got to my destination. He was an angel and I felt safe and comfortable having his help. Afterwards, I decided to continue to have my car towed to Ikar for inspection with insurance etc. They were very communicative and truthful the entire process. I felt like I could trust everyone in the office and I appreciated their work. I was even provided a rental by them. Highly recommend if you need assistance after an accident.

I picked up my car and was very happy with the results. It looks beautiful and they topped off there amazing service with a car wash and detail.The entire Ikar team especially (Jeffrey) 😊 went above and beyond. Everyone was extremely professional. As soon as I stepped foot in the driveway one of the workers greeted me. I'm really big on customer service and was really blown away. Highly recommend this shop.

Jeffrey always takes care of me when I’ve had my accident. Unfortunately i had been taking care of 3 times in the last few years He was there on the spot. Got me a tow truck right then in there handled all the paperwork help with the car rental help with the deductible. from the start they helped me service is top notch and my car looked as good as new they go the extra mile for their clients. I highly recommend. And the owner is amazing all tea members are helpful

Ikar collision had my car fixed sooner than anticipated. Everybody was so welcoming and attentive they even cleaned out and vacuumed my vehicle before returning it. Great customer service Thank You !
