We were on our way back to Atlanta from Charlotte and we got a flat tire. Thank goodness we were close to 5 Star Auto! Steven and his guys stopped what they were doing to help us. They didn’t have the exact tire we needed but they did have one that worked to get us back home. Very thankful!!

They are a rip off. I brought two cars two him. With both cars he tried saying it was way worse than it was. Tried saying my car needed a new transmission when it only need 500 worth if that. Then I take my running truck to him an he try’s to work on it. It sits for a month in worse condition then it started. Had to get it towed to a shop an that shop had it fixed in two days. Every brining him my truck an other people to him. So I would not recommend this shop. Thought he was a good guy.

I have used this auto store over the years and have seen people come and go.. This is so sad!! Came here Thursday to get my car looked at for leaks and waited 4 hrs just to be told to come back.. Came back Friday at 9am to drop it off and waited 45 min. No one showed up, but had to leave out of town, and came back Saturday.. Let the secretary know what I need and she starts telling me stuff and I go wait in my car..I have paid for my diagnostic test already.. It has been 45 min now and no one is helping me.. I just want my money back..don't forget, I can't get my money back because they rinsed the engine and put dye in it.. I can only wait and they just told me to wait some more!! While they all go to lunch. if I leave I have to wait again when I bring it back. Will not use them again!!
