Went into the Chester store having a great day until the young white guy complaints about returning warranty brake pads that clearly wasn't called for!!! He tried to cost another manager his job at another location and tried to snatch my receipt with an attitude because I told him people need their job I never recommend nobody to go to the Chester store it's always something negative with the workers!!! This was very unprofessional and called me boy something most definitely needs to be done!!! The pads were uneven and defective had nothing to do with my vehicle

Cashier (Sherry) was rude. While asking questions about the product (since i was still unsure) She cashed me out and gave me my receipt then walked off. She didn’t present in A friendly manner or ensured I had all my questions asked before checking me out.

Manager Chris doesn't care about customer. Was given the wrong parts and went to exchange but was told that was what computer called for. Had receipt, but was told by Chris that since my wife picked up parts and used her card, I couldn't get money back unless she came back. I will never use them again. They also lost both of my sons business as well. Auto zone will be glad to have my money.
