101 Collision Center

Our Tesla model X got rear ended and we took it to 101 collision center. It’s took around 2 weeks for the entire repair and they did amazing job. Joe guided us every step of the way and cannot them them enough. The car looks brand new.

Editing the review to reply to the owner's response on my review - Per the Owner - "My manager took pictures of your liftgate and explained to you that the lifetime warranty does not apply if the panel has been damaged since the repair ( which it has)". My reply to Owner's response - I have uploaded another picture that shows the paint job gone bad is at least 1 ft away from the scratch by the garage door. And BTW, the paint job went bad before the brush by the garage door. If the reasoning is that the car should not be scratched from anywhere for the life time warranty to hold, then I am done with Collision 101. What kind of excuse is this?. My review stands - worse than 0 stars. I wish there is negative star option for this business that I could give. We took our Toyota RAV4 as our car was rear ended by another car. 101 collision gave all sort of life time warranty on the denting and paint job. After one year of the job, the paint started cracking. I took the car to them to show it. The staff saw it and agreed that the paint job was cracking for no apparent reason. But then asked me to come again after talking with the owner on phone as the owner wanted to see it himself. I went twice again taking time out from my busy schedule, but didn't find owner at the shop. The staff said the owner is available only between 9-12 PM that too only on weekdays. Really?? I asked the owner I could leave the car and he could inspect all that he wanted. or if he did not trust his staff as they inspected it. Else, he could send come to my house in Almaden to check if wanted. He had all the pictures. But, He seems to be completely irresponsible in servicing customer. All empty promises of lifetime warranty. serious waste of time, effort & money. I would seriously discourage anyone getting a repair or paint job done at 101 collision Santa Clara.

I had my Tesla repaired at 101 Collision Center, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Joe and Sung went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Joe for understanding the urgency of my situation. With my family visiting for the weekend, he prioritized my vehicle and expedited the repairs, surpassing my expectations. The quality of the repair work, fixing, and painting was truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend 101 Collision Center for their professional and top-notch service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Great service overall! Impressed with customer service and quality of the repairs. Chris was great to work with and took the time to review the work and quote prior to the repair and walk through the repairs performed afterwards. He dealt with insurance directly and made sure the quote was detailed with photos to minimize disputes. After the repair, my Tesla looks like new after getting side swiped while parked. I highly recommend this shop!

Overall, my experience was just okay. They did a good job fixing my door, and I have no complaints about that. However, when they returned my car, the interior was extremely dusty—there was dust all over the seats, dashboard, steering wheel, and other surfaces. When I brought it up, they told me they don’t do detailing and that the car had been parked for two extra days, which is why it got dusty. Honestly, it felt like they might have parked it next to a construction site with the windows open. After some insistence, they did take five minutes to wipe it down, which I appreciated. However, I also noticed black, greasy marks on the bumper, likely from handling during repairs. In comparison, my experience at another shop was much better. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also cleaned the interior and washed the car before returning it. It made a huge difference.

BEWARE : These guys are gonna ruin your white inferior seats and turn them brown with dust and don’t even have the decency to clean it up After a 9000$ job..! Better off taking your Business Elsewhere.
