Lexus Stevens Creek Service

I brought my Lexus in for a routine oil change and i got assistance from Angel. Angel Answer all of my questions professionally. Once the oil change was completed, Angel went through all the things such as the tire thread, internal filters, brake fluid etc. to make sure my car was up to date and running smoothly. Car is running and looks brand new. Thanks again Angel!

Consistently excellent service. Been coming here for about 7 years. Lately they replaced glass from an attempted theft. They did a very thorough job and helped me with a loaner for as long as I needed it. It was really great to rely on them during this difficult time. Definitely tracking for future car upgrade due to such caring service. My service manager was Jaime Armas

Jaimie was exceptional throughout the entire process. KDSS system had a leak only at 23K miles on my 23' GX460. Glad to still be under factory warranty. Thank you again to Jaimie and the Techs at Steven's Creek Lexus.

I had stopped by the company since I was in town from Yuba City. . I wanted a courtesy car wash because my car's uncommon color : autumn shimmer really looks beautiful and shines when clean. I was met by a smiling employee and on learning the reason why I was there though I had no appointment took me up promptly. Soon a young smiling Mexican guy came out to take the car and was pleasant telling me it will only be a few minutes. This warm reception made me happy that I'd stopped in between my errands in town .So I told the young man that I actually bought all my 3 Lexus vehicles from Lexus Steven's creek dealership It really didn't take long at all before the young man Rodriguez (?) came to give me my car key and told me to sign a piece of paper. I was very satisfied with the customer service and more so the washing of the car. Since then I have been a happy driver of my 8years old Lexus RX 350 so proud to be seen in a clean and shining car. I ALWAYS LIKE to stop by at Steven's creek. Superior customer service they all have. Thank you.

Service here has always been great. I am in and out quickly. They keep me informed on the process. When they notice needed service like brakes they let me know. Work is always done right the first time. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. I’m a 9 year customer.

I had so much bad experiences going to dealership service centers in the past. Especially with the attitude of the staff working at the locations. But the service team at Lexus of Stevens Creek is awesome. Everyone’s super friendly and professional, and they make the whole process really easy. Not a single person that I met there wasn’t unhappy or had attitude, they all are smiling and welcoming and you can tell they’re trying to keep customers happy. My first time experience was phenomenal, definitely will be going back there for next services.

Had a great experience when I took my Lexus in for the first complimentary service at Lexus of Stevens Creek. Michael Nagy was courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Their waiting lounge with complimentary coffee, water & snacks is a nice touch. They even cleaned my car for me which was unexpected but nice. Great job Lexus of Stevens Creek Service department.

First time with this Lexus service center and I am happy with the service thanks to Mike. He was professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle is running perfectly, except for the tire lights sensors that too expensive to replace (I opted out) and will get them done at other auto place. In general, it was a pleasure to work with Mike and his customer satisfaction.

This was my first service with Lexus and it was a really pleasant experience. Dropping off my car and picking up the loaner car were easy. The service advisor listened and provided great service. Contact with me during the process was good. And my car was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up! Thanks!
