Turkey Hill Customer Reviews

The sandwiches are pretty good but not great. I have been getting my gas here sometimes. The early morning staff are good.

This marks the 9th time in the past four months that turkey hill employees refused to go in the back to the cooler for an item I asked for. You wouldn’t even have to do it if you would actually stock your shelves once in awhile. There’s always some excuse. “I’m not allowed in the back by myself, I need to wait for a manager to come in”. That’s stupid. Just ask the customer to step outside so you can get them what they need. This is literally the only store in the entire town of Carbondale, PA where the employees refuse to go in the back for something if they are asked. Literally the only store in town. I will absolutely tell people alternate stores to shop at so they don’t have a bad experience like I have all the time. Either hire people that aren’t lazy, or maybe have more than one person working, that might help. Here’s an even better idea. Stock the shelves sometimes.

I banned Turkey Hill convenience stores. That's corporate's fault for forcing employees to try selling you more when you get to the register. Maybe they've changed their practices but too little too late for this once loyal customer. The dairy quality is great, so it was a very unnecessary practice.

Whoever the older morning shift lady is with red hair needs to stop with the attitude and rushing. Rushed me out of the store while having a attitude the whole time preventing me from getting gas. I simply went down the road to the us mini mart and had no issues there. This is not a first occurance either. The rest of the staff is very friendly tho

Customer service needs a big improvement. There are a few shining stars there but only 3 who actually have a pleasant way about them. If you are so unhappy at a job that you can't say hello , thank you, maybe even smile, and move a little faster then a snail...you don't belong at a job working with the public.
