Sunoco Customer Reviews

Kim & DeVon always make sure the coffee KS fresh

May 25, 2025 · Jim Slate

I just got burned on a hot cup of coffee and the cashier says are you ok? I said no I just got burned on a hot cup of coffee and I apologized for snapping and I said can you give me an accident report and he says are you again. I laughed he said is something funny? What an absolute ignorant person. How are you going to say I'm being rude after I apologized. I want to file a report against them.

Wide variety of quick snack/food items. Bathrooms are what you'd expect to see at a truck stop off the highway (this is in the center of town)... Store is generally sloppy looking and one of the night clerks is unbelievably rude and takes his job too seriously. I saw him chase a customer outside and fight him one night over a twisted tea. That said, most of the staff is friendly and I can generally find at least 4-5 deliciously unhealthy food options to keep the fat kid in me happy.

Stopped by on our way to Fort Drum for a quick break and gas. Small station not too bad.

I ordered subs and what i got was far from a sub. It looked like the meat and everything that was supposed to be INSIDE the roll, was just thrown at the roll. I had ti actually make my own sub with all of the things they threw at the sub roll and then wrapped up. It was the most disappointing sub I have ever had.
