Sunoco Customer Reviews

Very typical convenience store and gas station. Restrooms were ok and staff was friendly. Relatively convenient location as well. Can be difficult in and out during higher traffic times but not too bad. They have an air pump as well.

I recently stopped by this Sunoco gas station for a fill-up and also grabbed a coffee. The gas service was efficient, and the coffee was a nice addition to my visit. Additionally, I used their restroom, which was notably clean and well-maintained. Overall, a convenient stop with good service and clean facilities – definitely a plus during a road trip!

On 12.12.2023, between 4.30 pm and 5.45 pm, I bought an oil change bottle with 9,53. I gave the cashier $40 to fuel the rest of the money, and I made only $10.47. When I returned to him, to my surprise, he said that I had given him only $20.( I DID NOT TAKE THE RECEIPT); it was my fault. So be careful how you are going to pay, cash or card. I asked him to use the camera, and he said he didn’t have access to the camera.

I went in for a late night snack for some oreo cookies and when I got to the hotel that I was staying, I realized there was a bad banana In my bag. This is a big food safety violation and it's not safe for anyone that has any kind of food allergy and the company should not be doing this. Bad food is tossed out, not given to paying customers to potentially make them sick

Freda was very rude. Hope I never have to deal with her ever again. Horrible. That's why Sunoco has this bad review. The gentleman, however, was very patient and work ethic was great. If it wasn't for freda, I would have giving Sunoco a 10. Service is everything to me.
