Sunoco Gas Station Customer Reviews

Has been one of the cheaper gas stations in town and the gas attendants that fueled up my vehicle have been really nice and move at a good pace.

I visited the Sunoco Station in Blairstown, NJ to refuel the ambulance I was driving at the time. I volunteer as a public service employee and do not get paid for this. When I told the attendant, an older man, what our account number and mileage was, he asked me several times then he very rudely called me "lazy" because I didn't get out of the ambulance to put the number in myself. He seemed to expect I would also pump my own fuel which is still illegal in New Jersey. I was very upset at the behavior of this Sunoco employee and his rudeness to call me lazy. It was unacceptable customer service (or rather, the lack thereof). After I told him the numbers several times, I finally did get out of the ambulance and entered the numbers myself. The fuel was very slow and took nearly five minutes to pump 10 gallons. While it was still pumping, we received an emergency call and had to depart. The rude man did not come to complete our order and my partner and I had to pull the nozzle and print our own receipt. This is not the first time this man has been rude and I will not tolerate it anymore. I will not be fueling my personal vehicle at this station again and will be going to the competitor next door where I am received with a smile.

Great service and quality fuel as opposed to other local stations. Worth the price for peace of mind that the fuel isn't lower grade. The owners are friendly and willingly will help resolve any issues. Also has the best coffee in town, hands down!

Supposed to be open until 930 on Saturday. Pulled up at 840 and just as I stopped all the lights went out. They shouldn't post a closing time unless they are actually going to close at that time. I don't normally stop there but they were the only station open. Also very rude older man working there is always on his phone when I stop. Barely acknowledges when spoken to.

Why is this guys gas so high when everyone else is .50 cents under. When oil goes up he's the first one to raise the price.
