Stewart's Shops Customer Reviews

Its No fault of the store or store employees, they stopped regular production of Chocolate Marshmallow Ice Cream. Instead they replaced it with Some inedible flavor like cotton candy or something similar. I dont know the reasoning behind it, but i guarentee Chocolate Marshmallow sells better than what concoction they replaced it with. I sometimes had to go to a couple stores to find it from being sold out. Now im not sure of their companies policies, but trading a seller for a non seller seems like bad business. Oh well. Ill wait to shop there when they put it back into production.

Rudest stewarts ever I stop in daily and most employees can't be bothered to stop there gossip to say hello. Bad attitudes its like me stopping in is bothering them tried to call and order a pizza over phone they hung up on me for saying hello. I work as a Manger in retail and I must say it's hilarious how much this store gets away with putting things in wrong spots on shelves how do you not have shrink problems you need to figure this out. Or this store is in for some trouble

Horrible service and rude people working there. I waited for 20 minutes to get ice cream while the girls made sandwiches and one talked to other customers. Then I was told I had been in the wrong line. The "manager" never looked at me or told me I was in the wrong line, as he was busily helping other customers. I guess I'm invisible! When I said that I didn't know I could get ice cream in the other line, she said, "Why? Don't you pay for ice cream? " Then continues to laugh and mock me as she went to finally get my ice cream order. I have never felt so belittled as a customer. The manager said there was nothing he could do.

While passing through to spac with my children and husband we stopped to grab a bite to eat. Stewart's always has the best subs. We didn't see anyone working the sub station and the cooler was stocked with subs and sandwiches. So we picked from there. We cash out, our purchase comes to $35.26. We sit inside to eat. My youngest opens her subs and the bottom of the bread is soggy, the tomatos are soggy and the meat was changing colors. I bring it to the register and say to the cashier "this sub is not eatable"! I describe the sub he takes it from me and says he needs to wait for the manager or assistant manager to ok it. I say ok she will take a slice of pizza instead. He looks at me confused, I say well I think the sub cost way more then that slice, so I will be the one losing money but it's fine we rather just have the slice for her. No communication of any sort on the employees part. Just hands me the slice to exchange and I go back to my daughter. A few minutes later the manager or assistant manager brings a new sub over. I said oh thank you you didn't have to do that. He nods and walks away. I think wow that's nice.I prepare my daughter the sub to give her. A few seconds later the other employee comes to our table and says "I thought she was going to eat the pizza"? I explained she was but the other guy brought her a sub. He then says "well don't you think you should pay for that slice?" I tell him that I absolutely will I just figured that was good customer service on the other guys part by offering us a new sub seeing I paid for it already. I paid the $3.09 and finish our food while the employee stood there side eyeing us the whole time. The gentleman was very inappropriate towards my daughters on more than one occasion during our visit Myself and especially my husband was not impressed or happy with this employees behavior towards underage girls and his customer service skills. I would like to suggest training employees better with customer service and quality control. I would recommend something like oh I'm sorry would you like a new sub or what can I do to help out in this situation? Horrible service. The fresh sub that the manager/assistant manager brought us was good and we appreciated his gesture. We enjoy shopping at Stewarts.
