Turnover is to high for the store to ever establish a solid work force; everything is always a cluster of ducks if you know what I’m saying….. I feel bad for customers who have to deal with rude employees like that guy named Ben who gave me an attitude because I ordered 3 candy cane shakes in a 10 minute period (I ordered one and then went back and ordered two more). I miss Stewarts when I was a kid in the 2010s and that guy Shawn was there he was awesome!

Four stars because I love Stewarts but you have a serious problem with your management. Great staff never seems to last long in this store so I won't be buying anything there for awhile. I went because I enjoy the product and the customer service. Maybe getting rid of the two managers will help you retain great employees.

The bathroom is filthy, the floor hasn't been mopped in months from the state of it. I've never been in a Stewart's that is this bad; I was going to get ice cream, but the state of the bathroom had me reconsider. Seriously, what is going on? Stewarts used to be so great!

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience last night, in the morning before work i usually get a bagel toasted with cream cheese and it's usually perfect. Last night on the other hand i ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese and then the lady tells me that the oven is off which is odd because they usually turn it on and toast my bagels. So i'm like ok whatever i'll just have it not toasted, doesn't really matter that much. Then this is the part that really infuriates me, the lady took an eternity to assemble 2 bagels, i count 13 minutes. I inspect the bagels to make sure they're right but then i see that the cream cheese isn't even spread on the bread and there's such little on there to start with. I ask the lady nicely to put more cream cheese on the bagels and then she gives me 2 cream cheese packets so i can do her job that she failed to do. Biggest waste of my time, i was in that stewart's for 45 minutes instead it should've been 15-20 minutes.

Dirty, rude and going down hill quick, unfortunately it's not just the one location, I've been to a few others and they are just as bad. Staff seems very unhappy. They take their good old time acknowledging customers. One in Columbia county had a bathroom that was so filthy it would be a health hazard. Shame on this New York based company. Your company has got to the pits.
