The manager of the repair center was very rude from the start and had no interest in helping at all. He did not care to explain any issues of my tire and kept walking away from me any time i had a question. He overcharged me $100 for a used tire that had a hole in it and did not put a vaulve cap on the tire. I was bouncing on the road as my tire was deflating as i was driving on the highway. When i called about this issue he was being condescending and manipulative saying “i apologize for trying to help you. We were busy and short staffed.” This is not an excuse for poor customer service and putting my life at danger. Avoid this place at all cost.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Never going back. I went there to reprogram my TPMS on my tires. I usually do it twice every year on different shops for my winter and summer set and I usually pay not more than $20 for 4 tires. The manager told me $25 so I was like OK then it was time for paying and I found out $25 per tire and he did not even give me a receipt. I was frustrated so I just left the place and decided not to go back ever again. Supposed to be "0" star but the young mechanic MJ was very kind and helpful so I gave 2 stars.

Too bad I have to leave one star for this poorly sad business they really deserve a 0 , whoever does the inspection emissions should find another job , I would never go back there and since I work in town I will make sure people I work with understands how awful the service is !!
