I normally don't write reviews, but last night's transaction at this store was not good. It is so disappointing when people are dishonest. Went to this story with my last 50$ I got 2 energy drinks and some coffee and gas. From the receipts posted, I should have gotten about ten more dollars in change. I didn't. The clerk didn't even put the amount of money that was paid to him and the appropriate change on the scan 7-Eleven app. Here is the deal, if this guy is so uptight for money that he has to steal money from customers, 7 Eleven might need to pay their employees more money to incentivize them.

Literally so cheap they won’t give you your exact change back unless you specifically ask for it but not without a snide comment

Best self serve gas prices in Riverhead with easy entry and exit. The 7-11 @ Shell here follows COVID-19 mask requirement and courteous cashiers. My only complaint is inability to obtain a receipt at the pump, one is required to go into the store as machine doesn't appear to be stocked with receipt paper and I am disabled and use a walker and this is usually just too much physically as I am on a schedule as we all are. 🤗

A little bit tough to get in and out when I visited, but that's to be expected on a road like this. Otherwise, a perfectly adequate Shell station ⛽ and there aren't that many of them on Long Island.
