Horrible place to take your car for inspection the guy name Henry who is the mechanic is so full of himself, he told me that since your passenger window is tinted the inspection will fail after waiting for 30 mins. I have been doing inspection for 7 years and was never told that. I never tinted the window it came with the car's manufacture.

They are dishonest with their business. My father went due to oil leaking from engine. Left the car there, and next day told us to pay $150 plus(stay over night fee), they don’t know what is the issue, but suggested to do a total engine rebuilt. We left, went back Jack & Tony(Brooklyn). The issue was overfilled oil change, had to re-do an oil change no problem after. 2nd time I went to just get inspection since i live across. They said they have to lift my car due to the fact just by looking my SUV, there is an issue with my car breaks and disk. After I saw there was a sign that saids gonna charge X amount for lift, and being I may be a girl but I have knowledge from JDM cars just left. They give a lot of lies to get you, like how can you look without going under justification there is an issue like x-ray vision? GO SOME WHERE ELSE, especially there is a lot of other place near queens better service than them and honest!

Mr. Digrazia, Is a superb mechanic and has a staff of same. He runs a fairly tight ship and has a mgr? Remi who works along with him and his group as a unit. If there is a problem and they can't solve it ... He usually can. He has discouraged tipping because he (I was told pays his crew well) and they don't need to build a job up. He repairs trucks as well as cars and if i still had an older car not under warranty I'd use him. I did use him to install my new bumper guard and he was the one to figure it out. He is pleasant but it's a very busy place. It's best to try to get an appointment. Rather than drop in .. except for gas.

I was trapped at the air pump when my car died. My Rollator was in my other car and couldn't even walk to the office. I called & explained I'm right outside, disabled, can't walk, & need a quick jumpstart. He said he had no mechanic, couldn't leave shop and can't help,....except to keep coming out to pump gas and look at things like other cars at the shop. Didn't even ask if I was ok, needed water, or anything. Just watched me cold, & crying in my car.

I went there this morning to get air in my daughter's tire. I was having trouble with the pump and asked the worker could he help me. He said "no, self service " . I went back and tried to get it done by myself. I failed so i went back to the worker and ask could he please make an exception this time as my daughter needed to get to work. He never even answered me, he just sat down and turned his back to me. What an absolute jerk. I never will by gas here again.
