I’ve lived in Glen Cove for 25+ years and have only used this gas station a handful of times. It’s seedy and right on the corner of a busy street. I’ve been having issues with my gas tank and yesterday I went to fill up. I only used $7 worth of gas for what I paid for and I explained to the guy what had happened (he actually was watching me the entire time too) and his words were “it’s too late. You used up all of your time”. The guy actually then had the nerve to charge me another $25 on top of that to try again. Every gas station I’ve been to including the one right around the corner has always refunded my card the balance of what I didn’t use. Including the gas station a few doors down. I won’t be returning to this filthy, seedy gas station and will take my business around the corner.

Pros: Decent prices for top tier fuel. Friendly workers. Cleanly kept lot. Always fresh coffee. No extra charges for paying with credit cards. Cons: Roof over the pumps is badly leaking and you'll get wet while using half of the pumps. Been this way for years without getting repaired. The air compressor is useless and hasn't been in working order for almost a year.

Only because it's the closest to me, prices p/gal fluctuate a bit. Never over crowded, vacuum is$2.00, air hose they will let use free, just need to go into store ans ask for it to be turned on. 1 thing to be cautious of, if u want to use yr debit or credit card, I advise to use it inside only, not at the self serve pump. On 2 different occasions, I used my debit card n within days, someone got a hold of my card number n tried hacking into account. I say this not just for Mobil, but any gas station.
