I took my SUV in to have the timing chains and tensioner replaced. The SUV came out with more problems than it went in with. More engine noises and no AC and now my water pump leaks. Tried a new mechanic and it cost me double. Not reccomended by me

Took my car to them for years, had them incorrectly diagnose my cars issue and “fix” it twice and when I asked if they had driven the car the said yes.... clearly not. Loud rattling impossible to miss if they had driven the car around the block. Huge step back in their quality, in the search for a new mechanic.
