Supper unprofessional… the card slot where the pump was didn’t work so I had to go in person to pay with my card I put $40 and I didn’t use the full amount I called for a refund and the person who answered hung up on me. Do not go to this gas station.

They just upgraded their pumps and did a decent renovation to the place. The usual cashier guy is a nice guy.

Don't care for the high price of gas but welcome to Pennsylvania. I walked in to the store to pay for gas as the pump would not take my credit card. There was no one in the store. I yelled "HELLO!" and no one was in there. I went back out the door and asked the guy outside "Hey do you work here?" He said yeah and walked inside. He was quiet and did not greet me. That is such a peeve of mine not to greet your customers. I find it rude. So a little customer service skills will go a long way.

Date of Visit: Tuesday Morning September 1 2020. I stopped in for a hot drink on my way to Dr. Chesen's office which is next door. The tea was very hot and it didn't taste like coffee. This has a great selection of snacks and food to go. I did not get gas hear. In fact, I haven't purchased fuel since July 13! I'll stop in again when I have my next doctor appointment which is not until October 26th.

It is definitely not like it used to be. Doesn't seem very friendly at all when you walk in there. The cashier / attendant acts like everybody is out to take everything. None of them ever smile anymore like the old crew used to and they don't even speak to you when you come in. They act like they're scared to touch your hands when it comes to exchange money. They're also very rude and throw money on the counter when you hand it to them instead of handing it back to you. And I cannot use the excuse that they have long lines because almost every time I've been in there it's only been like one other person or two besides me. Other than that of the price is still aren't too bad on things. but it's just the way they handle their part of the customer service inside the store, they're not very good at it at all! Haven't been back there ever since actually !!!
