Okay, they remodeled the High's to have a food counter and I've been watching as they try to complete it for years now, so I had to go in and try. So far I've tried the shakes, the pizza, and the sandwiches. All of them are passable, but for what you get, you're paying way too much. For example, the shakes, while I'm guessing they're made from the delicious ice cream I've gotten from High's before, are small and pricy. The pizza was well-sauced and well-cheesed, but they need to bake it for longer and it could use some higher quality ingredients. The sandwiches are fairly tasty, but I received something akin to a slider when I ordered a farmhouse. You can tell that these guys are still finding their footing. The first week or two they were out of all sorts of things and learning how to keep ingredients in stock. Even recently, they're still training folks - maybe having trouble keeping people around? I dunno, and credit to them for trying, but right now? High's should up their quality and portion game, and I'd suggest folks go around the corner to some nearby local places to eat and get something larger and more satisfying for the same price or less.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast sandwiches, as I was going in had to pass through a cloud of marijuana smoke, three individuals were standing 2’ from the doorway puffing away. I said something to the lady at the register about it and how disgusting it was to have to walk through it. She said she would do something about it, I thought doing something about it would mean telling them to leave the premises, Evidently, her definition of doing something about it was just telling her to put it out. Leaving the building, I had to walk through the little crowd again and listen to them threaten me because of reporting them. Honest taxpaying citizens should not have to put up with this.

Cannot go back there !!! I have been getting gas and snacks there since 1997 as I work up here. A couple of years ago the pumps stopped giving receipts which as a business owner is a pain. The pumps are frequently out of commission or not taking credit cards which requires going into store and waiting in line. Some employees have friends hang out there and there are often people smoking weed right out front in the evenings. Now I suspect credit card skimming is happening there. Had to cancel a card due to fraud a day after going there. Which with the suspicious out of order card readers makes sense. That place is going down hill fast. What a shame and an embarrassment to Highs corporate and a blight on Cockeysville.

This place is horrible. I don't know what's going on in this neighborhood now but it's very sketchy at this highs at night. Just go to Royal farms or Wawa.
