This place is a disaster, the people who work here are not professional at all, they are garbage, they serve poorly, they treat their customers poorly, the gas station attendant treats you poorly, the service is terrible. There is a lady with glasses who is in the office who thinks she is the last Pepsi Cola in the desert, she is arrogant and overbearing, not at all polite, not at all kind, the place is dirty and unpleasant, they should definitely each go home, they should not be in society!!

The team at Parkway Exxon have earned my trust over the past 9 years that I've been going to their shop for gas, regular oil changes and vehicle maintenance. A recent experience and my first large-scale repair prompted me to share how impressed I am with the level of service and communication. The hours of labor that went into the repair was SHOWN in video and pictures that they provided to me and I can feel the difference in driving my car since the repair. The owners went the extra mile to help me with fair pricing, best parts for value (and my driving style). They even let me drop off and arranged pick up after hours and communicated with me about the service plan prior to starting the work and parts ordering. TEN STARS!

The worker was extremely rude. I pulled up into the gas station and he told me to move the car, I did without saying anything, assuming the first spot had an issue. Just when I was about to give my debit card to him, the guy then spat on the floor and when I told him that was unnecessary and disgusting he started cursing at me and my friend...

I wish I could do it 0 stars ! Do not go to this gas station!!! Rip off ! I asked for $20 regular on my card. The guy charged me $25.09 I told him I asked for $20 he said you said $25 I told him I did not. I said 20. He shrugged his shoulders and said, “it happens” and walked away from me. That was his mistake and it should have been corrected! This isn’t the first time it has happened. It happened before and I let it go. They are thieves !!! I will NEVER go there again. Save yourself the headache and do the same!

I had a $10 dollar bill but I asked for $3 cash. The middle aged man says can you make it $5 I don’t have change. And when I told him no he gave me an attitude and pulled out a wad of cash to give me the change that he did have. This is a gas station how are you going to tell someone you don’t have change! Not to mention overpriced gas for the area. Rude as well
