Byrne Dairy and Deli Customer Reviews

I've stopped at this Byrne dairy numerous times on my way home from the airport. This is the first time they've not been able to ring up what I was trying to buy. The pizza Looks like it's been there for a while when it was always fresh. Perhaps you should have other people working overnight that actually know how to ring up the order and has pizza fresh that's not been there for hours. I won't be stopping here late at night on my way back from the airport.

Went there tonight to get ice cream with my husband. The older woman there was alone. She let every customer who walked in know it was just her and would be some time before she got to them. Which is fine. It was her attitude. Omg was she miserable. I mean, I’m sorry that your manager either doesn’t know how to schedule or whoever was scheduled called out, but don’t take it out on the customers. It’s not our fault.

This is one of the most convenient locations for me. It’s on the corner of S. Bay and Circle Drive. I like that there are two entrances and exits. I often go there at 5:30 in the morning before the supermarkets open. I really have had no need to go inside which is a good thing. I like the convenience I’m in and out and there’s never been an issue.

Eric informed me the deli was closed. His words “if you ask me it’s closed” I informed him I managed a store and the deli dose not close he told me “you are drunk I’m not serving you” that being said the female working with him was 100% on something and i find the whole situation highly unprofessional. time stamp 240-248 am Jan 1 2025. I will be reaching out to management for a formal complaint.
