Kareem is rude and entitled. I asked him to look at a tire leak, and he refused to work on my car despite my willingness to pay for a new tire. I had to take the car to another shop where another mechanic was able to order a new tire and replace it in less than 3 hours. Avoid Kareem at all costs.

I’ve been bringing my Mercedes SUVs here for service for about 3 years. Kareem is a great guy. He’s very friendly, honest and I’ve only ever had good experiences. I highly recommend this shop.

Kareem and crew did substantial overhaul on my 2005 Mustang. The prices and services were clearly explained, genuine Ford parts were used where I asked, and the followup visit to check after 2 weeks was included. Highly recommended.

Kareem is the most honest person (not just mechanic) that I know. He is a man of integrity and is focused on building a relationship with his customers rather than trying to make a quick buck. I literally ask him what car I should buy just so I can confirm that it’s one he likes to work on. Not only that, but he services the cars of my entire family!!! If you want great service from a great mechanic who is an honest straight shooter, Kareem is your Man and BP in Dumont is your service station!!!

I’ve taken my and my husband’s cars here several times over the years for repairs and most recently (today) plugs for 2 screws that ended up in my tire. They are extremely nice and efficient and their prices are excellent. Highly recommend
