Wiggy Wash

I took a car here this last week to get it detailed - carpets, upholstery, and vinyl washed/vacuumed and run through the tunnel. The total cost was about $134. They were understaffed that day and said it might take up to six hours and that they'd call me when it was done. I ended up going in after six hours and the one tech there said it was ready. I went and looked it over in the garage and the more I looked the more I noticed hadn't been done. The seats hadn't been vacuumed underneath at all - it was a used car I had just bought and I was finding old wrappers, and even some candy. It was like they hadn't even looked under there. There was a spot where there had been a previous spill that I wiped up later, but after paying over $100 I was really surprised that someone so obvious was completely missed. It makes me wonder what was even done. I actually used to work at Wiggy Wash when I was in high school and so while I was picking up my car they let me touch it up a bit. But it was really strange to me that my car was the only one in the shop, had been there the entire afternoon and looked like it had the bare minimum. I guess I'd just recommend doing it yourself or going somewhere else because $134 was a crazy price for the service I received. I went in a couple days later and they declined to give me a refund and offered to do it again, but after missing so many spots I decided to just clean it myself. These aren't the best quality photos but it's just what I was finding while I cleaning my car after they had already taken my money and had the car for six hours. Also I had a scraper for the snow in there and they forgot to put it back inside so now I need to replace it.

They cleaned our 2023 CRV. Did a good job at getting dog hair when cleaning the interior. This is the only positive thing I have about the experience. The negatives. They left big oil spots on almost all interior plastic pieces. We have tried cleaning but they will not go away. There was product sprayed on the inside of our windshield that looks like a sneeze. Which we had to clean ourselves. Even after all that when dropping the car off the staff would not acknowledge me so that I could pay for the cleaning. Took almost 10minutes of waiting in an empty lobby. I would not recommend going to this car wash for detailing. But the exterior wash is fine. Edit: I ended up finding even more oil spots I can’t clean on the sides of the back seats when putting them down. Also, I still haven’t been able to clean the oil spots off. So that’s a massive bummer.

Continued to bill card 3 months after asking for account to be cancelled and having windshield sticker removed on-site. Phone number in both the business listing and CC transactions (801-798-6170) is dead. Finally got a hold of corporate supervisor, but they are unwilling to issue refund, so transactions have been disputed. Also, their vacuums almost never worked and kept falling off.

The reps will lie and say that they are doing a promo for 30 days free and specify that your card will not be charged after the first time and it will sign you up for a full membership. Then they didn’t allow me to use my membership even though I was charged for it and they charged me for a regular wash— upon proving that I had already paid for a membership they said they’d refund the wash—- they didn’t. So now I’ve been charge for a monthly membership AND an individual wash. Just shady business dealings. They lie to get membership sign ups and don’t follow through when they make a mistake. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve been with wiggy wash since they opened the springville location the wash does what I expect, the vacuums the always clogged and never seem to work as they should. I’ve givin them time to get better but they seem to be getting worse hoses r now broken laying on the ground, at this point I’ll be canceling with wiggy and going to give quick quack a try. Also check ur accounts if u come to wiggy wash, for 2 cars wiggy wash has been charging my account 76 dollars monthly with getting the 20 wash and the 2nd with 5 off a month so roughly 40 a month. What comes next an email that says it’s from the owner apologizing but then goes on the say I could contact wiggy wash. I’m not here to bag on this place but man you guys should get it together before u lose all ur customers to your competitors. So sad I use to love going to clean my car at wiggy wash ☹️
