Update: Dear Wiggy Wash Owner. I sent an email over 2 weeks ago as you recommended. Still no response from Wiggy Wash… Disappointing… I took my stock truck (no lifts or modifications) through this car wash, and it tore off my roof trim on both sides. Fortunately, I noticed the damage while hand-drying my vehicle. I spoke to an employee who documented everything and submitted a claim. I was told I would hear back the following Monday, but after waiting an extra week, no one contacted me. I've tried calling, but they don't answer their phone. I emailed them at Wiggywashcustomerclaims@wiggywash.com and they do not respond. After researching, I found that this company has a history of not repairing damaged vehicles, according to the Better Business Bureau: https://www.bbb.org/us/ut/spanish-fork/profile/car-wash/wiggy-wash-llc-1166-22315568/customer-reviews. Be cautious—if your vehicle is damaged, they will not help you. Tesla owners: beware of this car wash. I have a 2024 Model Y that I recently purchased in April. I went through the car wash which resulted in my roof glass cracking. Wiggy wash ‘analyzed’ the footage and ‘data’ and came to the conclusion of not being their fault. I have dashcam footage of my commute and there’s no evidence of a rock or object hitting my car. The employee from the beginning told me they would not be responsible for the damage without looking at the footage. Also, my uberturbine wheels have been scratched as well. Please don’t go through this car wash if you’re a Tesla owner.

Update: 8-10-2024 This is not the same car wash it once was. Took my truck in to get a hand wash, and they told me that their hose was broken and that the other hose they couldn't use. Left the truck because they said they could do inside but had to wait for maintenance to fix hose. Waiting til Monday to see. I believe I may look into switching all my subscriptions. Inside looked amazing, they never got their hose fixed so just paid for the inside. I would have thought after paying 100.00 to do just the interior I wouldn't have to point out things. O well, maybe they are just having a tough week. I have spoken with Brent on multiple occasions and he has always been a Fair person to deal with. My Wife and I both have had VIP passes for a while now and even sometimes pay for the upgrade to inside and out. Every customer service based business will have its little hickups but they have always been quick to fix the situation. I have also read some of the negative reviews left and find them comical. Love the convenience of their car wash!

It's unfortunate to see something that used to be so good become so bad. The vacuums have either been soo week that there's no point in trying to vacuum or they just plain don't work. The car wash itself isn't maintained to a high standard either. Regularly, half the sprayers are down, one or two random brushes won't work and the blowers no longer dry my truck like they used. When I had them detail my truck, they pulled my seat forward and broke it and sprayed the cleaner directly on my interior instead of spraying their rag and wiping it down so I've never had them clean my interior again. It's just not worth what they are charging.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I paid to have my seats and floors shampooed and to have all the vinyl in my truck treated. They took three hours, which I have no issue with, take as much time as you need to do a good job. Unfortunately, when they handed over my keys the seats weren’t just wet they were soaked the floor was so wet that if you just put your fingers on the floor the water pooled around your fingers. They did vacuum up any water at all they left the truck completely soaking wet, so wet that the paper floor mat they put in installed soaked up and started to melt and I still had water pooling on the floor. They only treated the vinyl on the upper dash and no wear else. If you want a mildew vehicle this is the place, if you want your vehicle treated with respect run- don’t walk- run away. I asked to speak to someone about vacuuming up the water and fell upon deaf ears. I had to use the vacuum to get the water off my floors and seats and then their equipment is all cracked and broken which makes it even more difficult to try and vacuum up water. I sent an email to let them know they should do better and their inbox rejects it, I call the main wiggy wash number and they say they will have someone call you and they don’t. They clearly don’t care about the work they do and they don’t care about having you return for further service.
