Wet Side Car Wash

I come here all the time! Service is so quick, even with a line. The people who work here are the friendliest folks ever, always kind and efficient. Wash is just as good as any other automated car wash and the prices are very fair.

Just went to WetSide Car Wash and while the staff is friendly and helps you out with payment and choosing options, the wash itself does not clean the car. I’m not sure it really did much of anything for my car besides make it wet. The pollen is not off my car, I still have dirt all over my car. My car looks the same as it did when it went in. Very disappointing for a local place.

Awful go anywhere else but here. Paid for the most expensive service for the car….before car went on the tracks to get the power wash the guy just barely splashed the car with the hose (this was the first sign this was going to be less than an adequate service). Drove out looked at car there was still mud which was now wet all on the rims the power dry would have been better if I had stood in front of the car and blew on it with my breath. This is why I wash my car myself…..so I know it gets done properly but I had spine surgery so that just wasn’t an option at the time.

Personally I think pricing is fair with all the different options of what it comes with for cleaning exterior. You do vacuum the car and wipe interior yourself but I'd rather that regardless of price because at other places they tend to miss spots anyway. Vacuums there are free, brand new and very good. Kind and helpful staff. In and out quick. Thoroughly cleaned my car. Nicest car wash on 36 and in Middletown in general. Nothing but positive things to say with positive experiences, would definitely recommend!

I've come here a few times already and can say it's a really good carwash. From the rollers on the floor that can never damage your wheels to the free vacuums you can not go wrong. Competitively priced and always smiling faces.
