I love this car wash. I have the monthly membership so I get my car washed about 1 to 2 times a week and I’m never disappointed. I have two little ones so my car typically gets messy very quickly . I’ve been going here for 3 years in my opinion it WAS the best in the area. Keep in mind 3 vehicles weekly! Mine the wife and daughter. Not to mention an occasional quick detail on all 3!! Man o man have they gone down hill! I completely understand when they are busy but today not busy at all today. And the pictures are the outcome! Horrible horrendous the owner(s) should be embarrassed to charge close to 40 dollars for this! And I pay this 3 times a week with the 3 vehicles! Look at the reviews, the principals of this wash should start doing the right thing or they will be losing customers by the droves! C’mon blow with compressed air and a lil vacuuming? It’s your business as a service related company!!! Really looking forward to a response, keep in mind there are a ton of monthly washes around the area, unlimited for what you charge for one wash!!!!

After many good reviews, I decided to try Blue Wave. Brought my car to be washed & vacuumed; purchased the 29.99 plan. I was not looking for detail, just an overall wash mats, wipe everything down, vacuum interior. Overall, it was mediocre. Didn't vacuum well in the back seats, left crumbs and completely missed the main center cup holder/console. It was obvious from the dust left there were places not wiped down or vacuumed. The mats weren't replaced even close to the location they're supposed to be in. The exterior wash was very good, but not impressed with the interior service. The register personnel were very friendly and helpful. If I return, I'll post an update; so for now Ill give them the benefit of a bad day and 3 stars since there is no 2 1/2 star.

Very disappointed lately with blue wave they used to be the best they hired some new people and it just isn’t the same cars don’t look as clean I appreciate all the hard workers that have been there for awhile and are always doing there hardest! And the girl at the front desk with glasses is very rude. I hope blue wave steps it up there a great car wash.

Just got their Blue Wave special. Realized after I purchased the package that I really didn't need the leather protection as it's a brand new car. I am ultra OCD w rims and interior etc and they did the most thorough job inside and out- definately worth the extra few dollars for the thoroughness. Took extra time of course and but not so long and most definately worth a little extra time and money. My brand new car that is driven A LOT looks brand new again :)
