Wash Doctors Express

I’ve been a customer since August. I’ve brought my personal car and company cars to this business. Today is February 14, 2025 and I will no longer be using this car wash due to poor customer service. My brand new dodge durango went through the car wash and came out with a scratch on the window. Spoke to the so called “owner” who told basically told me that i couldn’t see the scratch prior to the car wash due to my car being dirty. Mind you, i bring my car twice a week to get washed. Thanks Dominic for your poor customer service skills. You receive a 1 star Google review and the loss of a great customer.

Customer service and attention to detail is top notch. Got my monthly membership and everything I come the team does great job . It's good to see a family business that takes pride in everything they do. They did an amazing job today and cannot wait to get my car washed there again.

I recently visited the wash doctor express car wash and was very impressed with the quality of the service! Maurice and his team did an outstanding job cleaning my car from top to bottom. Every detail was handled with care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. The interior and exterior both looked fantastic afterward, and they took the time to ensure even the small details were perfect. Maurice and his crew were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a thorough car wash!

I had an excellent experience at Wash Doctors! Not only did they do a fantastic job with both the exterior wash and interior vacuuming, but they also hand-cleaned the rims to perfection. I was impressed that they used fresh towels for each car, ensuring a spotless finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. My car looks amazing, and I highly recommend Wash Doctors to anyone looking for top-notch car care. I’ll definitely be coming back!
