Sparkle Self Service Car Wash

Terrible experience. I lost 28 quarters at this facility, and only got offered a free vacuum. Losing 7 dollars is more than a “free” vacuum. I do not recommend!!!! Not friendly and I got band from this car wash due to not just accepting the “free” car wash and wanting a refund I clearly let you know that it was a total of 28

This was first time visiting a self service car wash. Mark was phenomenal! He showed me the process step by step. I appreciated him waiting while I finished to ensure I was comfortable. I will be coming back!

Best self car wash I here been to, I live 20 minutes away and come to this car wash, why? Because they keep their car wash clean, good pressure, good brush, and good blow dryer. Also the owner is super nice and cool, met him today, and was super friendly. Recommend this car wash 10/10 look how spotless my car is due to this car wash.

i don't understand some of the negative reviews left by others . First of all payment was a no brainer i used my credit card and viola the timer was activated and i proceeded to wash my pick up truck. All the equipment was working as expected. Patrons must understand this is a self service car wash bay and if you need to scrub your rims i suggest you bring your rim brushes .. a home depot bucket is helpful so you can use your low PH soap and a micro fiber washing mitt especially if your vehicle has a ceramic coat. i suspect if you use the in house soap it will strip the coating off. (high PH).. I used the in house soap option to wash the under carriage of my truck to remove the salt and grime and also used the rim cleaner solution that is also included in the options available. This self service wash will be my go to place for winter decontamination

Sparkle self car wash has the best self car wash owner in the state and I’ll fight anyone that disagrees. He keeps up with the maintenance. He responds to messages at all hours of the day he refunds you as soon as possible if the money machine malfunctions. And not only does he show such superior ownership skills at the manville location he also has another location in Denville which is also a spectacular car wash. Owning a business like this is not easy mostly because so many people are disrespectful and don’t clean up after themselves and trash the place. So next time you’re at one of his locations and you decide to throw garbage on the ground maybe think twice about it or if you wash mud off of your vehicle, maybe clean it up instead of leaving it there for someone else to do it.
