Damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. I have been a customer for over 4 years and the last two times I have brought my brand new car to get washed it has been damaged both times. I pointed out the initial damage the last time was in and asked the guys to be careful, and then it came out damaged again. Abraham acknowledged the damage, took down my information and said the Location Manager would call me to rectify the situation. After multiple unanswered calls, both the Location Manager Jason and his Manager Brett blamed me for the damage and were willing to lose a longtime customer over something that would cost maybe $150 to fix. I have spent thousands with this car wash over the years and will not come back or recommend to anyone.

Very disappointed in their service lately. I used to be a monthly member and brought in multiple cars. First of all one side of the rail that the wheels go into, doesn’t have protection and I ruined 2 left side rims on inside on my bmw m5. I mentioned that to the manager, he said they’ll look into improving that, but years passed by and looks like they absolutely don’t care. But today I brought in a Tesla, and that’s what their GOLD $30+ package got me… terrible wash inside and out, tons of stains, front bumper flies leftovers and inside it’s like they didn’t care at all. See photos for yourself…. And YES THAT’S AFTER THE WASH!!! Well I’m definitely not coming back there again and if you love your car, please look for alternatives

Paid for most expensive platinum service and they didn’t even vacuum the front seats (still full of crumbs) the door wasn’t wiped and the drink tray either. What a ripoff. Its all about speed and no attention to “detail” avoid this place at all costs or just get the cheapest wash possible because they don’t put any effort into it, really disappointing

I had a bad experience and I sent an email about it. Although they addressed my issue pretty fast I still don’t recommend this place anymore. It’s not worth the money. They are always busy and from what I can see, overwhelmed. The job is rushed and isn’t what it used to be. I will stick to washing my car myself. I got the gold package. I travel everyday from 17North to Secaucus, several carwash services on the way, I decided to try this place for a full service, Terrible! Did not vacum my floor mats, when I asked about the floor mats , I received an attitude, save your money and aggravation go somewhere else .
