The Wash Club Ramsey Car Wash

I just had three vehicles detailed here; two Hondas and a Chevy pickup truck. The one Honda (Accord) and the Chevy (Silverado) got the full exterior detail (as opposed to their “quick” detail), and the Honda (Civic) got the full interior and exterior detail. Admittedly, I had neglected them; none of them had been waxed in years. One word - WOW!! 😮 I had forgotten how beautiful these vehicles could be when they’re all cleaned up! Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take any “before” pictures, but believe me when I tell you that they needed a fair amount of “love”. Well, Antonio and his crew definitely came through! They did an absolutely fantastic job on all of them! They even cleaned out the trunk and glove box on the Civic, taking care to set aside what was in them and put it in bags for me. I mean, who does that these days?! I didn’t think they would touch the trunk or the glove box! (If you’re particular and you didn’t want them going into these areas, I’m certain that they would respect your wishes). In any event, my point is that they went above and beyond the call of duty. I rate them a 5+ out of 5. I will definitely be returning at least once a year for the same treatment; they have earned themselves a customer for life!

My experience was horrible for a $70 car cleaning. I purchased the top VIP package to clean and it was barely cleaned inside when I walked back to my car. I truly didn’t think they were done. Did they take a dry rag and just wipe it, not even spray? When you say interior wipe down or cleaning, I would expect the minimum be sprayed and wiped down. I brought this up to the guys working and he told me that would be cleaned in a detailing job for $300 and proceeded to ignore me and not even help with what I pointed out in a few spots. In addition, they took awhile to wipe down my wet car so there’s spots all over the back, etc. Shouldn’t be charging $70 with that kind of customer service, very upset with your business. I tried to write and inform you but your email isn’t working.

This place used to be good when it first opened. Now all the guys they have working are lazy. On their phones, not paying attention. They don’t even do a pre rinse anymore because their workers are on the phone and can’t be bothered. Looking for another go to car wash. Update 6/2/25 - figured I would give this place another try. Paid $50 for the least expensive exterior and interior wash. Exterior was ok. Interior - they vacuum and dust, that’s it. Plus I’ve been waiting for 20 min and the car is just sitting there. Only one guy on interiors. I blame myself, I should’ve known better.

I just left the Ramsey car wash And I have to say I truly miss the wash club and all the staff that used to work there. When you pull in, They don’t even hose your car off like they used to before it went through the wash. The towels that they offer to clean your car are a mess in both buckets, and even though there are signs, You really don’t know if you’re using a clean or a dirty rag. I got the express wash With the added tire shine And my tires came out as dull as they were when I went in. That was my favorite option at this car Wash and I was clearly able to tell that they were not cleaned. Sadly, prices went up at this location and service went down. I’ll leave my review from a year ago so you can see the change.

Very, extremely subpar car wash for $49. Poor job wiping down the interior surfaces and door jambs. The only option they have for a “full service” wash, meaning inside and out starts at $49. The attendant told me it’d take between 20-30 mins to complete because they do a thorough job on the inside. The interior wash was done in approx 10 mins and it was atrocious. Mind you, my car only has 1300 miles, it’s practically brand new and they still couldn’t do a half decent job. They left many areas on the rubber carpets and interior trims wet and dirty, and I had to tell them to wipe it down again. This is only my second time here, and it will be my last.
