Touch-Free Automatic Car Wash Customer Reviews

Needs to be permanently shut down. Carwash drive thru doesn't get vehicle clean. One day last week I paid $5 & it barely rinsed off the dirt, today I paid $ 8 & bottom half of my doors were still dirty, I have a KIA Sorento so it isn't like it was a bigger vehicle that sat up high. If I hadn't been wearing light colored pants & had to be to work in an hour I would have gone to Rostraver by Walmart or to Charleroi. This place is a rip off & the owner is rude.

This place needs some serious updating. I think the car was actually dirtier after the car wash than before. Anyway, had to hand wash immediately afterwards because the car wash didn't remove any dirt from the car... not even the windshield. That's bad. The place/automatic car wash is just old and run down... it doesn't even look like it would work. So don't be surprised when it doesn't. BTW... Doesn't accept credit/debit cards @ auto car wash... what does that tell you about being outdated and old?

The only thing I dislike about this carwash is some of their car wash equipment is old and unpredictable. One time the hose fell on top of my car and scratched my roof. Its improved since then but they do not upkeep their washes frequently enough ensuring the safety of you or your car. The automatic car wash is much better truly to use because it is better with their maintenance.

I can honestly say this is the worst car in the area. I would have been better off spraying my car with a garden hose at home. I paid eight dollars for the deluxe wash and my car did not come clean, the dirt was still visible, and the car wash does not offer a drying system so your car is left to drip dry if you did not bring towels. Save your money and drive a little further for a different car wash. If I could give it zero stars I would. I am typically a pretty positive person and I've never written a poor review of a business prior to now. When I got home and saw the neighbor's cat's pawprints still embedded on the hood of my car, I was inspired to jump on Google. Just finished washing my car at home and will continue to do so from now on.

The brushless carwash is fine. Most of the time the other stalls aren't operating. The change machine was broken today. The vacuums are adequate. If you're in a pinch this place will do.
