Automatic car wash door only opened half way so I couldn’t go in. There is no phone number anywhere to call with a problem in order to get my $8 refunded. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issues with this car wash but there was always a phone number on the Google page to call to get a refund. Now nothing shows up. So I wouldn’t recommend going through the automatic; which is unfortunate because it’s one of the few touch-less automatics around.

Been coming here for about 8 years now. It’s always something whether something doesn’t work, my card would get accepted, and now I just got ripped off cause the wash door won’t open. I love this place cause it’s so close but it’s starting to get frustrating

This is the closest self-service car wash to my house so I usually take my 4 cars to get clean here. Today, this man is here cleaning the bays comes up to my partner Jordan and I with a major attitude to tell us to move the moment I finished cleaning the car. It’s understandable to move the car right after cleaning, especially if there are people waiting and i had full intention to move the car but the man also attempted to throw my drying towel case away and continued to go on a rant, which made me feel as if it was personal. Not sure if the man was homophonic, racist, or just having a bad day. Not my problem if he’s having a bad day, shouldn’t be taken out on anyone. I will never return with any of my cars.

First booth took my $12 but the gate only opened part way. So no car wash. So I moved to the second booth which took my $12 but left my car soapy when the dryer started and told me to leave. So I lost $24 and have a dried soapy car. No one is around to help and no contact phone number listed anywhere. When you google the business it gives you a phone number where no one answers. I want my money back. Poor business practice.
