I was excited when this first open near me. I had tried Mister Car Wash when they opened, then after a few months I left with disappointment. They started out strong too with multiple people at the grand opening and a few months after to help. Then of course they all just disappear and there is no help, or people don't care. Unfortunately this location started off the same way. Now there are broken vacuums, and this kid in the photo as I went through the drive-through, couldn't take the time to even stand up or look at me to try and hand me one of their dash cleaners. I enjoy the ease of the car washes... But I guess I will try Rocket on redwood road and see how that goes.

I really like the quick quack car wash. It’s convenient, easy and fast. The quality of the car wash is great and the vacuums are good. I did rocket car wash for a long time and the quick quack ended up being more convenient and just as good quality.

Car looks great, no streaks. Workers were super friendly. One boy in particular has excellent customer service. He spoke clearly and made eye contact. He was very polite. I believe his name was Porter

This is by far my favorite location! They’re very attentive to servicing the vacuums, making sure the towels are available, and the customer service is amazing! They’re all great but every time I come in Jon is the friendliest and so helpful. He definitely makes the experience worth coming back!

Having a clean car is the best! It’s totally worth having a membership since it simplifies my life and it makes me wash my car more often. The people who work there are friendlier than most.
