Sparkle Car Wash

I have went here a month and has not seen a difference in my car being cleaned the first time I went it did a really bad job and I pointed it out to the manager, but he proceeded to say that it’s probably cause my car hasn’t been washed before in a while when it gets regularly wash.All he said was they could put a pause on my account and I could finish the month to see how it goes to see if I changed my mind which I do not. I sometimes go around twice when I have the time just to get it to wash again to see a difference but nothing much. I just got this car and made sure it had no scratches. It only had one thing all the way in the back in the bottom.when I came out of the car wash I saw my car had scratches on it every time I go my car gets scratched up and does not get a really good clean wash. I thought I was the only one who noticed the scratches but my dad did too and I don’t get into car accidents or hit anything so I know it’s the car Wash place. here are just a little bit of photos.I can take a lot more

Nice facility. The machines did a great job cleaning dirt and grime off the car. Unfortunately, either because of hard water, the soap they use, or the drying process, my black car was left covered in water spots. I'll have to wash it again myself to finish up. Additionally the first vacuum I used didn't have enough suction, so I had to move one over. Edit on Nov 1: adding a star for the good response from the business. Unfortunately I don't live nearby so I can't take them up on it, but the care is noted.

Car wash is in a convenient location. It does the job, however the dryer portion of the wash just zips you by, it could be a little slower as to get you a dryer vehicle, I wish they had staff to dry your vehicle. The staff is very helpful, although the young lady that was at the entry way guiding me into the tunnel 2 weeks ago was doing so by waving her hands to enter but not watching me or my tires as I entered, like the other male staff associates that guided me when entering, in past visits, guiding me pointing which way I should steer my steering wheel to get on the conveyor correctly. She was paying more attention to the other two people standing next to her having a conversation. When a customer enters, conversation should wait and continue once the customer is completely on the conveyor so no damage is done to the tires or wheels. I give it a 4 stars.

The staff here is very nice and friendly. The place is brand spankin' new and everything works well. There are a lot of wash options to choose from. The prices are reasonable starting at $9 going up pretty high. I took the $12 was and the result was good. Definitely will be back as this is a convenient location for us and there are so few brush car washes in the area.
