Shinetime Auto Wash and Expert Detail Center

THIS CARWASH SCRATCHED THE HELL OUT OF MY CAR! I paid for the 18$ option and after the carwash, there are multiple places on my car that has paint taken off! I will definitely be taking legal action if nothing is done about this!

Horrible experience. I paid for the full service automatic car wash which was $18. There was still soap on my hood. My tires were still filthy and it did not dry my car at all. In my frustration, I went to do the self-service which defeated the entire purpose. There was a delay in water. Once I inserted my $5. The foam brush never worked and also the tire sprayer did not work. The foam brush was really dirty. The apparatus it's supposed to sit in should be made a little different because it does not stay inside. It lays and dirty muddy water. Overall I will never ever go here again. What a waste of money!! Poorly maintained. The office looks abandoned. I have no way to complain directly because there's no numbers on the door.

I inserted my debit card for $18.00 and it started…my car was totally soaped up and everything STOPPED!! MID CAR WASH…. I sat in the ‘tunnel’ but nothing happened!!! So I drove out and was going to drive through again for a RINSE… it said ‘OUT OF ORDER’ There I am with my car all soaped and can’t get a rinse!!!! I had to put 5:$ MORE INTO THE SELF SERVICE BAY IN ORDER TO GET MY RINSE…… so I Spent $23.00 for a SHITTY CAR wash!!!!!! No one works there and there phone Is disconnected!!! Used to be great, now it’s went downhill. Been coming here since I was 16. Yesterday I went to wash my car in the self wash bay as I’ve been doing for years and it ate my 5 dollar bill. They accept 1 and 5 bills. Then I tried calling the number and it’s out of service. It may just be $5 but it’s $5 wasted and then no customer service to help resolve the issue… smh

Was the best exterior car was in the area until now. Didn't clean the back of my vehicle very well and the owner was there and gave me attitude, didn't treat me like a customer didn't like the way I spoke to him! Went there again this morning paid $15 for my car wash The door would not open! System malfunctioned and it was washing an invisible car. Found the number on the door I can hardly read it for emergency calls called the owner same guy a foreigner with a 714 area code (Southern California), I told him his car wash has been out all day didn't he check his cameras? I put the sign in front of the door so nobody else would lose their money! He lost a days worth of business! I will never use this car wash again! Better off using the one down on 611 that's always busy and always does a great job for the same price! Going back there to see if I can get my money back from this guy and I'm not going to stop until I get it back! It's not the money it's the principal!
