First I quit “Quick Quack Car Wash”. Came here for PREMIUM SERVICE, I do “touch less service” sometimes, on January 22th 2025 I got a lot of scratches on my car. I’m a car guy and very picky person with every detail, not just my car. So, I’m gonna show what this company did to my car and they don’t want to pay for the damages. Don’t take your car to this place, that’s my recommendation, also see what Matt (manager) said about the claim. I would like to know how they did the investigation. I love the staff, great guys and touch less service, but this is not acceptable.

I used to be a member of Quick Quack for many years. I've been with Shiny Shell Carwash for 8 months now, I have 3 accounts, and I can not recommend this company enough. Erin, who manages the customer window, is great to deal with. She is great at listening and knows her role well. Whenever I switch a vehicle, it is done with haste and a smile. Due to her, I will continue my membership with Shiny Shell Carwash. They are still the best in town.

Great customer service from Aaron and matt was a very kind general manager, I recently came from quick quack as a referral from a good friend. I’m pleased with all the other products offered besides just the dash wipes. The car incense , glass cleaner, dash wipes, and vacuums, really makes the monthly subscription feel worth it. They even mentioned a Stanley for ten washes which is cool. Thanks for the great experience, looking forward to getting that Stanley😝.

9am and no towels in any station. This happens often! Plus i wanted to subscribe a second car (20% advertisement) but i was told that it will apply but the membership for my first var will go up from $22.5 to $25. So i don’t see where that discount is coming from.

Do not come to this car wash. It totally destroyed my front bumper. Do not come here. Matt Leffler handled this situation terribly. He called me with extreme attitude and told me this was not the car wash’s fault and he will not do anything about it. Even though I have video proof that this was directly from the car wash. He not only lost my business but 5 other of my family/friends. We were all paying 480 a year for the membership. That’s 2400 lost per year because Matt handled this situation terribly. Do not make the same mistake I did.
