I'm gonna stop going here. Everything is slow to get started, and most of the stuff doesn't even work, like the spot free rinse. I keep going there thinking things are going to be fixed, but they never are.

The "Soft touch" car wash bay has a jammed door so you don't get your dry cycle and won't get and under carriage wash if someone else is in there. As when they back up they start the wash, the real kicker is no number to contact anybody, I had to read reviews to get an email. It also says the place is permanently closed on Google, maybe that's a sign of wants to come of this place.

I came here to wash a car prior to taking it into a deal for trade in. I used the auto car wash feature and also the vacuums. The gentleman who was manning the wash did a great job of explaining how the auto wash worked and gave me a free token for the vacuum (I don't think this is standard he was just being nice). The wash was great, the vacuums were great, the service was fantastic. I will continue to come here to wash my (new) car and will recommend to other local friends.

Maintenance here has dropped off recently. One sprayer was completely broken off the hose on my last visit. The credit card machines have been tempermental lately as well. I have started going to a different local diy car wash lately.

The automatic car wash does a fantastic job but if you select the $6 wash, it charges $8. If you select the $8 it charges you $10, but you don’t actually get the $10 wash just the loss of the money. Not that the $2 is a big deal but repeat business it adds up. I’ve spoken to the operator once before face to face that’s incorrectly charging, but hasn’t been fixed in the months since. Frustrating for sure to get charged more for less.
