So the car itself paint wise was washed pretty good, I got the diamond wash with a clay bar and polish. The website was pretty misleading on the services provides as many parts of the part were not detailed. The Splitter trim on my car only got partially detailed and I still found areas where I need to buff out myself with a microfiber. Overall I wont be returning or recommending this place to after spending over $200 on this service as though the spots done were done with great detail and the interior cleaning was superb. I can't justify the cost for the amount of areas missed.

The customer service here is amazing!!!! I got an interior and exterior clean for my car. Their service was fast and get very thorough. I’ve been to a few other detailing places and this is by far the best one i’ve been to. With their great service and prices i’m definitely coming back next time.

We have been coming here for a while and we’ve experienced nothing but great service with a smile! I really recommend this place as the staff is very kind friendly and pay attention to details with our cars.

Have done both the drive thru wash which is $30+ and the hand-wash which is $50+ and here’s the deal: they always miss areas like the wheels or the grill of the car or the triangular window next to the rear view mirror — as examples — where they either don’t clean it well enough or don’t dry it well leaving watermarks behind, and in some instances areas that they don’t dry off completely. It’s simply not worth it. I tried the more expensive hand wash this time thinking there’s no way they’re going to do a poor job and actually they did. Convenience isn’t worth it, will drive further for better results or do it myself.

I feel like it was a little overpriced for the quality. Not completely hand wash, it’s still run thru a machine. Quick wipe down inside and missed my cup holder. Mid vacuum job. Threw my sandy sandals from the floor on to my seats and made more a mess, assuming they didn’t vacuum my seats neither. I wasn’t told ahead of time that my RAV4 is extra charge for its’ size. I was told it will take an hr to 1.5 hr and came back in 45 mins with it already done. Felt like I might’ve been taken advantage of to do a quick job seeing how my car is pretty clean already and I walked away living nearby. I noticed later that they didn’t even touch my trunk when I asked if my trunk mat will be included in the $20 charge to get ALL mats cleaned. I came back the next day to have that cleaned. The girl that cleaned the mat for me was nice and apologized.
