BLISS Car Wash - Huntington Beach

Since Bliss Car Wash opened. I recently decided to give it a try because I consistently wash my own car and typically I don’t trust others to do so. Since coming to bliss for over a month getting minimum 5 to 10 washes, I can confidently say, as a stickler, its fantastic and the service is brilliant, employees are very kind and helpful. Well done. 👏

Bliss Car Wash is fantastic! The Huntington Beach location is beautiful, and the customer service is top-notch. Everyone is incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. The vacuum cleaners are super powerful, and I love that they wiped down my vehicle after the wash—such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for the excellent service!

Great car wash! The staff is always so friendly. The girl that works there is exceptional. She is always smiling and helpful. Love this car wash! I don’t go anywhere else.

★☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bliss Car Wash. I visited yesterday, Jan 31st around 5:15 PM and when I got home, I discovered scratches on my car that were clearly caused by something stuck in their machine’s bristles. I have attached photos as evidence of the damage. Save yourself & your car the hassle—steer clear of this car wash if you value your vehicle. —————— Update Feb 3rd. I called and emailed and they requested I come back to fill an incident report. Michael was very helpful, he examined the hood of my car but didn't think it wasn't a scratch, it was some substance on the paint. Anyhow, he used polish and was able to get it out. Not sure where the substance came from, maybe it was stuck on a bristle, but glad it was able to come out. Bliss team was really attentive and reached out several times to resolve the situation. They are so much better than other car washes that automatically don’t take any responsibility. Thanks Team Bliss 👏

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love that the technology recognizes my car and I get to drive right in with my membership. I definitely get my moneys worth!
